Dear Amy's Kitchen,
I just have to tell you how pleased I am with your food. I am a "retired" chef - French trained - and I have never before eaten frozen foods. (Other than a Hungry-man for the cake -when I was a kid - a once in a while "treat".) I opened a kitchenwares store to stay busy, became a vegetarian again - and sometimes didn't want to bring lunch from home. So, I bought a couple of your entrees to try and they were great! I mean really good flavor and texture too. Now I eat them about 2X per week and really marvel that they taste better than 98% of the restaurants I have access to!
